Water Damage and Thermal Imaging

Here at SERVPRO of Universal City / St. Hedwig, we realize how important it is to know about water damage because it is often the main situation that we run into. Water damage or loss usually occurs in residential homes, apartment complexes, and even commercial buildings, big or small.  Although there are many tools to detect water damage, we also use Thermal Imaging. Thermal Imaging is a tool that shows the difference in surface temperatures. We also take pictures to show how the color spectrum goes from red to blue during the stages of water damage drying.
